Private Classes

Private sessions developing a home yoga program specifically designed for you. Excellent for people with specific conditions or who prefer one on one attention rather than group classes.
One on One classes can be a combination of establishing and developing your own home Yoga and/or Fitness program, Assisted Yoga, or Relaxation massage if you need!

Registration Classes

Sign up for 1 class or 4 - 6 week sessions and receive the benefit of guaranteed space and smaller classes.
Some choices include Yin Yoga, Partner Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Yoga for Men, Meditation Classes. See 'Schedule' page for more details.

Drop In Classes
|
These classes are designed to allow for maximum flexibility for your schedule. With your punch card or unlimited pass you can come to any Drop In class, no registration required. Drop In classes are on first come, first serve basis. Studio open 15 minutes before class start time.
You can choose from the following types of classes: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yang Yoga.

Hatha Yoga
|
Simple, easy to follow & fun! The word "hatha" comes from the Sanskrit terms "ha" meaning "sun" and
"tha" meaning "moon". Thus, Hatha Yoga is known as the branch of Yoga
that unites pairs of opposites. Build strength, increase bone density, improve your balance, flexibility and peace of mind! For all levels. If you are a Beginner start with Hatha or Yin Classes!

Vinyasa Yoga
|
'Vinyasa' is the dynamic marriage of breath and movement to create an ever-changing flow to inspire more strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and creativity! A total body workout and fun! No experience necessary but you must be exercising regularly. Great for staying fit and toned!

Yin Yoga
|
Yin Yoga is a quiet, slow practice to balance and calm the nervous system, opening up the connective tissues of the body and helping us gain a deeper understanding of the bones and joints. Through a regular Yin practice we learn to apply the theory of acupuncture, or meridian lines of the body, with the physical practice of a gentle yoga poses. The relaxed, supported poses are held for a minimum of 2 minutes to allow a deep, delicious stretch. See and feel your flexibility increase in just one class! Excellent for stiff joints, and releasing long held resistance and cranky old habits! All levels welcome and is an excellent practice for any level, any body for increasing flexibility of mind, body & spirit.

Wear comfortable clothing and refrain from eating 2 hours before group or private classes.
Bring your mat if you have one. An eye bag and blanket is nice for relaxation as well!
Please inform teacher of any injuries or conditions before class starts and leave your cell phone in the car!
